Haha, puberty is common even when you are 12-13..
Like me, Swedish, i got my beard when i were 14..
Tip: look up at the ceiling, and then try to sing deep, the deepest you can.
do it for like 10-30 minutes a day, and then your voice will gradually change to the better ^^
