"Go ahead, make my day!" I have always loved Carman's songs...especially the ones from the 1980's! I was fortunate enough to see him in concert in the mid 80's at Jesus Midwest festival near Sandwich, IL. I was working as a volunteer at the event, and briefly got to meet him. It was really cool...and since I was a teenager at the time, it left quite an impression on me. I have since shared this song, especially, and others from that time period to my now teenage son. HE LOVES THEM, TOO!!

@savannah2661 Actually if you understand the story the song depicts, the earth is where the battle took place

2000yrs ago and the way it took place is depicted in the video. "Champion" by Carman is a metaphorical depiction of the Gospel story.

I'm so sorry you feel that I'm "creepy", but yes I am an old man and one day before you know it you will be and old lady. Is your life right with Christ and are you ready to meet Him?
