I dont have anything against powerstrokes other than the fact that when you start building the power and torque in them you have to upgrade the rest just to take it. Other than that they have one of the most unique sounds in diesels

Actually you can build them up to around 630 ft lbs of torque and leave the rest stock, anything over 630 you need to start upgrading transmissions and diffs and stuff like that. However 630 ft lbs of torque is ALOT. Just so we are clear I am talking about the 7.3's and not those junk 6.0's and 6.4's.

my truck is WELL past 630 ft lbs of torque, no issues... a stock bottom end in a 7.3 can take 1200 ft lbs for a decent amount of time
