  • Impressive lift. Your form is putting unnecessary stress on your back though. Let gravity do all the work loading the weight on your back in a bottom position squat, then from the bottom position squat drop one end of the bar and drive w/ the legs to get rid of the load. You're loading and unloading using a bent back. Try that when you're 50. At any rate, those old-time lifters really knew how to get under the bar. Good luck w/ 315.
