I've heared them live, and they are by no means bad, I love the Saturdays, but the opening note by Mollie, was just sooooooo not good, however Work, ironically their best recieved single, is the one song the girls can't nail live, tracks like "up" and "ego" they perform quite well, however about half of time they lip sing, but at least they do sing live, unlike other artists :)

I think the only reason they lip-synced was cause the night before they sang Just Cant Get Enough live on Comic Relief, so they probably didnt have time to choreograph & rehearse this live in time for the show :(

This isn't one of them (but i still enjoy this choreography) however, the day before this performance was comic relief night and they were fantastic live.
