I feel sorry that for the uptempo numbers her vocals are pre-recorded besides all the background vocals included in that recording, She still dared to sing all the ballads with her live vocals sometimes with sucess and other times with dissapointment saddly. She did the best she could do with what she had ... but at the age of 46 she could never sound as if she was 26 ... Everyone had expectations about her voice and forgot that time aspect (regardless drugs and other shits).

I'm from DK and I was there that night and I LOVED IT!! Shes so amazing... By the way, bt.dk is a gossip newspaper, who only talk dirt on EVERY concert! And can't be trusted. Its only a "hater" if you're criticizing someone with no basis in fact. But the reality is that Whitney has done serious damage to her voice and its a shame. She is ONLY in her 40s, there's NO excuse for her sounding like this. Listen to Barbra in the 80s when she was 40s, the voice was still immaculate. Listen to Gladys Knight TODAY, older than Whitney and still immaculate. The problem now is that she only has like 4 notes in her range, its sad.

@BlogShag I love Whitney but not enough to bring down Diana. Diana sounds great and she is 20 years older than Whitney. Now Whitney does have much more challenging songs to sing. I think the tour is too much but on one night I think Whitney can still deliver. Awards shows and television shows where she can concentrate on one song I know Whitney can do it.

I don't care good or bad I love Whitney houston, to have gone through what she has went through and survive, and then pick the mic back up is bold and inspirational, and no one sounds like they used to 20 yrs ago, and none of them are on her level, she is a living Icon, and I think that there is greater things to come!

@angelfac309 Be aware I saw Gladys Knight last week and she didn't sound much different compared to the '70s. Whitney's vocal changes however were much more dramatic than normal caused by drug abuse and nodules due to improper singing. But I still use her as a symbol of Nostalgia (don't you love that work?) reminiscing on the "good old days" when she appears as a reminder of how special and happy we were for not only Whitney but for outselves.
