  • mto massa !

  • Looks great!

  • THey just worked on colour exchange and neon lights that's it..

  • the only interior design change I will ever applaud or approve is , if they fit bussiness size seats throughout the whole plane. Only then will flying be an enjoyable experience

  • sweet i want that jet!!!!!!

  • I was silent the entire time.

  • Why no in flight entertainment on the back of the seats?

  • Seats still look uncomfortable and not fat people certified...

  • If It Ain't Boeing ... I Ain't Going !

  • Wow...that looks like a really tight squeeze of a cabin. Scary.

  • @hotelgulf718

    its just a simulation... -_-

  • @hotelgulf718 no worse than an A320

  • Malaysia Airlines features this interior on their latest fleet of planes from 9M-MXA. The tvs are on every seat and has different seats (red for Economy/blue for business)

  • Wow, what tremendous progress! Lights! Drop down TV screens! Lights that tell you when it's not OK to smoke! Overhead luggage storage! What'll they think of next?

Boeing more and more reminds me of GM.

  • @rrz518

geez, dont you know anything?? its not all about the interior you know. like the improved efficiency, new wing, quieter and less fuel consuming engines.. and in case you havent noticed, there are some changes inside too. Like the higher humidity level for comfort. and like, oh, the BLUE LIGHTING, not just THE LiGHTING. i mean, ever went on an airplane with that? and the overhead bins are lots larger too. and are there any other airplanes with drop down screens??

  • @maxwellus000123 I know enough to tell you that this aircraft was designed in the 1960's and hasn't changed a lot since. Boeing, like GM, is a trashy obsolete American product, built by trashy obsolete union members. Airbus has embarassed "Boing", just like Toyota, Honda, (and heck, even friggin' KIA) have embarassed Chevy. This aircraft is nothing more than a cosmetic "redo".

  • @rrz518 Is that why the 737NG has a lower cost per seat mile than the A320 family? The design may be old, but it still out performs its competition. And how are you comparing these aircraft to car manufacturers? And just because I am doing this online and it's immature to begin with....your Mom is a trashy obsolete product.

  • @smatzke1 Well lets remember thay A320 design is from era of 737 Classic which it outperformed totally. 737NG was made after A32- serie totally outperformed 737 classic, and still A320 has managed to compete with 737NG very well all these years.

Anyways at least A320 is fastest selling commercial airplane ever.

  • @Pvjinflight Well lets remember that the 737 series is the best-selling jet airliner in the history of aviation.

Lets also remember that aviation world is changing, probably the duopoly between Airbus and Boeing will end.

There will be new competitors as Bombardier CSeries, Comac C919 and Irkut MS-21.

There is also many airlines that uses mainly B737 that haven't made decision about the future of their fleet.

  • @Achaventures Boeing has only announced 150 orders for B737 MAX, but it says that the 737 MAX has orders and commitments for more than 900 airplanes from 13 customers.

  • @rrz518 you know.. Maxwellus000123 is right lol i work on that airplane.. and yea it was START in 1960s but they DO change the blueprint of way to build the 737.. you know.. Boeing build it right! :)

  • Whats the difference? Boeing Cabins are really bad and uncomfortable. Airbus is always roomy and spacious. Though I do love Boeing :) Boeing needs to do something more than putting new lighting to make it LOOK spacious, they need to actually make it spacious. Boeing needs to get some pointers from Airbus.

  • that's the boeing signature interior

  • flydubai is the first airline in the world to receive a new Boeing Sky Interior 737-800NG. First in Asia as well considering that Middles East is part of Asia.

  • when should Norwegian Air Shuttle get their first 738 with this interior? They were one of the launch customers

  • @dtw777 got it earlier this week :)

  • Malaysia Airlines will receive the Boeing Sky Interior in October 2010 making it the second in the world and first in Asia to use the model.

  • @eddyaizad are u really sure about this????if yes,i'm booking now..when will A330 will be coming in?

  • The 737 NG cannot really be altered or updated any further since it's transition from the 737-400, however it competes with the A319/20/21 very well.

New winglets have proved a success and makes me wonder why it wasn't introduced on the NG much earlier.

The only way to improve the 737 is to introduce new composite super light materials, and a new fuselage wing package. So it will unlikely be another derivitive on the 737.

The 737 was designed by reveting aliminuim designed sections.

  • seating is same as 757 o_o

  • i would give it all for just some more leg room in coach. its hard for a someone 6'6" to fly anywhere.

  • That's not up to Boeing. That is up to the airline, fly an airline that has lot's of legroom.

  • nice...like prototypes always gorgeous....

wait till the airlines squeeze people in for profit and opt for the cheapest seat configuration.....

  • What is the Y1!!!

  • Boeing Yellowstone project. its a future plan to replace the 737

  • @nwaairlinkazo But I thought Y1 was suppost to replace the 737.

  • @nwaairlinkazo The Yellowstone Project consists of three aircraft:

    Boeing Y1: a 737 replacement, to be developed in the next 5 years;

    Boeing Y2: the 787, to replace the 767;

Boeing Y3: replacement for the 777 and 747 series

  • cool, much better than the normal b737s NG but I can't wait for the Y1!
