Question asked of First year analysts: Why investment banking?

Have a clear concise answer on why you want to be a banker, and not just because you make 120K your first year.

The VP or Sr Associate who you will be working for, wants to retain you, and if you don't know why you want IB, most of the time you want stay in the business very long.
