@TheAbleUncapable mine sounded like a bullfrog , u know the big ones you hear on the river. it would only croak at night and when i lived with my dad he drove him nuts. he thought i had another frog and didnt realize it was the same one. mine was as big as my hand spread out and it got really expensive to feed. in the summer i caught its food, winter i had to buy it. and they can live up to 30 years. i had a male and female and gave them to the petstore for credit.

Ah yes, I love these guys. I use to have a whites tree frog named Weebee that I got in a petstore back in 90's. He died in 2007, and we felt very teary eyed when he died. These frogs are very stoic and people seem to underestimate their intelligence. I remember once leaving him out on accident back in the 90's and he would go right back into his cage. I am happy that there are people like you that find an appreciation for these animals. It makes life lighter.

I am no expert I only have green tree frogs but I will give you my opinion.

It is recommended that you font mix frog breeds but they are relatively close breeds and have the same needs and living conditions. I think these frogs would live peacefully together but make sure they are all close in size cuz an adult frog would eat a baby one. Like I said I only own to green tree frogs and im no expert but just do your research and find out more about it, hope I helped

The Jade frog in this video I am guessing is probably 5-10 years old. They can reach up to 20-25 years.

Sometimes it's just the gentics, but yes, frozen pinky mice should be okay... (never tried them) I think usually frogs are supposed to consume their food while it is alive/fresh, so mabye do some research on that, and yes, make sure not to feed them too much.

If she has reached 5", that is rather large. The largest they grow is around 100mm - 140mm in length and usually the females are slightly larger than the males.

Well, you don't have to feed him mice at all bro, unless you wanna fatten him up and grow him big.

This is pretty unorthodox, but you could go out in your garden and look for skinks/garden lizards, my whites used to eat them all the time. Would have to identify them just in case though, make sure they are not poisonous and what not, which I doubt they would be, but just a precaution.

it really isn't an exact science...although you can do it at some places, alhtough I advise against it cause it isn't comfortable for the animals. But usually the males are much brighter (blue-greens)most of the time and the females stay darker (browns and yellow greens). But seeing as they change color to match temperature and surroundings it can be difficult.
