it's typical pressure a sales rep would try to exert on someone. Most of the time they are bluffing, sometimes they are looking at something high demand, come back the next day and it's gone and they are mad at the sales rep. This vid is the worst guilt trip for me as a former sales rep myself. They want to go, but the manager always wants to talk to them and press them more. If he lets them go w/ out a "T.O." he gets his balls busted by his manager. the truth hurts sometimes
