  • The only thing I hate anout this video is that Jim Hill sounds faint in parts of the song, but the song itself and his performance are great.

  • very good

  • Truly, The Old Rugged Cross did make the difference for me!

  • @statesmenfan do you have any more videos of this lineup??

  • @Carter6886 Sadly I lost all my videos in a computer failure I need to locate my vhs tapes and see if I can find more.

  • I love this song. I have a video of me singing this too. Check it out sometime. May God Bless you

  • PLACE, soy de chile SUDAMERICA alguien podria decirme como se llama el vocalista principal, tiene una voz impresionante

    THANK - LUIS

  • @fariaslr se llama Jim Hill

  • Sherril Nielsen is the guy next to Jim Hill. go see their God is not dead then you can see same guy and same suits!

  • Left to right Jack toney tenor Jim Hill lead, Doy Ott and of course big Chief. could be wrong on toney but check out the statemen of 1960.

  • The tenor is Sherrill Neilson. He was the original tenor with the Imperials in 64. He sang tenor in the statesmen after Rosie left.

  • Thank you. He is a god tenor.

  • Not Jack Toney, it is Jim Hill.

  • I thought maybe the tenor was Gary Timms?

  • Do you remember Gary? He was also a great piano player. Sometimes Hovie would let him play, and then make like he was jealous of Gary's skills!

  • Haven't heard this song in a long time. I recognize but, the tenor.
