I'm not sure that I understand the debate, although I'd like to say that I believe that Barbara Rose is a very troubled person. Detroit will likely not recover with this type of person in office. The reason people leave Detroit should be examined, rather than raising taxes, which will drive the city into more poverty. Sensible persons should be elected into office there.

Cut off their water and raise the city income tax on people who live outside of Detroit but work in Detroit.
