I've never experienced the Ninja so I can't comment on that. It's a sport bike, and the Vulcan 750 is a cruiser. Two different styles of riding all together. I chose the classic cruiser style and my 750 has been very good to me. It's got the power I need on the street and in the curves, great stability, it's comfy (with some modifications of course) and is easy to work on. It's FUN and saves me gas money too. I'm happy with it... no doubt.

it's a sunpro voltmeter, installed to keep track of the weakest link the 750 has - the electrical system
