how are the ps3 and xbox 360 versions different from the ps2? i have ps2 and is it as good as the other ones?

There aren't much difference in the version. Gameplay, story and graphics are the same, but in XBOX360 version you have archievements (it's like an extra, more goals like kill 30 thugs without die).
