@rk23322 Of course it will build and strengthen your core! This video is like a love letter to your core. Always practice it with precision and control and don't be afraid to switch the order of the exercises around. Good luck :)

@didijustcomment It depends on your fitness level. I recommend trying it 3 times per week with at least a day of rest in between. If you are still sore after 1 day take another day. You can also break up parts of it and add into your current workouts. A good 5-10 Core workout before lifting is the perfect warm-up. Thanks!

My goal is to gain muscle mass, but my core is somewhat weak, would you say these workouts you show, would better me to handle the weights properly to gain muscle?
