I have been having all of these symptom's for close to a decade! And because I am young and the MD's cant find anything wrong I have many "Mental Health" Label's.I have learned to cope with every symptom except for one Insomnia! I have severe Insomnia everyday but someday's it is to much then I will be awake for 30-48 hour's.As you can imagine the insomnia is very debilatating I cannot hold a job or make any long term plan's. Well, it could be a burning of karma, I'm feeling a little flu-ish at the moment, but i feel that i have the strength to at least minimise the symptoms, because i havent been sick for a very long time. FEAR is probably that something that is making you feel the shaking and buzzing or whatever. You CAN heal yourself. Traditional healing with herbs and words has helped many. The truest form of traditional healing is that you can heal yourself with your own consciousness.

Do you remember what you already know-- that you can stand before God with Pure Intent, with pure Love and Trust and ask God to fully heal you? It can happen, it does happen. There is medical proof that it happens :) You can't see God in fullness but you can certainly feel God. Focus on the feeling more than the vision.

@timmwjr Humanity is a highly addictive species. We have many "coping mechanisms" and, not only limited to drugs. I believe it all depends on the person and where they are in their consciousness and ones awakening process.

@timmwjr Well, clearly (if you have a drug addiction) it's not fun and it is the "opposite" of what you should be trying to do. In the end, everything is dictated by choice; you always have the free will of choice and if you really feel that you want to quit and stop having this addiction that can be your outcome. You can choose what you want, we make our own reality in this case. No one says its easy, but it is all choice.

@timmwjr speaking from personal experience, having addictions to weed and non-drugs, it kept my levels down but i realized that my levels were only so high because of the attachments & representations i had placed on the things i didnt like in my life. Frustrations, expectations& disappointments triggered a string of everything wrong from birth & before, which then led my levels to be so overwhelming i couldnt handle them. Faulty perceptions & thoughts were the cause of that effect. let them go~

It's a good idea to remain aware of the Spirit(s) while you do this, but know that YOU are the one who is healing yourself...you do have that power and are using it and have full confidence in this. These states of mind will come naturally as time progresses and we fully transition to 5D. When you are in a waking state your ego and other elements of your physical Psyche is responding. @MsAwakenalive On a grander scale, we are passing through the galactic ecliptic or the center of the milky way galaxy. This center contains an enormous amount of energy and would take roughly 1000 years to pass through to the other side. Currently we are on the north side of the galactic equator, are passing into this body of energy now and it will take 1000 years to pass through to the south of the galactic equator. I have been having all of these symptom's for close to a decade! And because I am young and the MD's cant find anything wrong I have many "Mental Health" Label's.I have learned to cope with every symptom except for one Insomnia! I have severe Insomnia everyday but someday's it is to much then I will be awake for 30-48 hour's.As you can imagine the insomnia is very debilatating I cannot hold a job or make any long term plan's. Is Insomnia a symptom related to this??????????????

If escaping one's current reality (even for reaching higher levels of conciousness) is done all the time, You are choosing a way to change your reality. Therefore you are still coping. Well, it could be a burning of karma, I'm feeling a little flu-ish at the moment, but i feel that i have the strength to at least minimise the symptoms, because i havent been sick for a very long time. FEAR is probably that something that is making you feel the shaking and buzzing or whatever. You CAN heal yourself. Traditional healing with herbs and words has helped many. The truest form of traditional healing is that you can heal yourself with your own consciousness.

@thevuduchild Although as you say these drugs indeed put you in a state of true reality its probably not a good idea to recommend these drugs to anyone. These states of mind will come naturally as time progresses and we fully transition to 5D. When you are in a waking state your ego and other elements of your physical Psyche is responding. This could be very confusing and scary for the beholder. Use at own risk and get to know the drugs before you take them. Most importantly, have fun.

meadman:I understand the point you've made and since having my third eye opened i've (soberly) experienced signs that maybe these transitions will happen naturally. I have to say though that ignoring these molecular vehicles for dimensional travel would be just that, ignorant. these compounds somehow evolved alongside other life on our planet, and given the intelligent energies of the universe, i believe it's no coincidence.
w/out experience many ppl would view a natural crossover as insanity.

@MsAwakenalive On a grander scale, we are passing through the galactic ecliptic or the center of the milky way galaxy. This center contains an enormous amount of energy and would take roughly 1000 years to pass through to the other side. Currently we are on the north side of the galactic equator, are passing into this body of energy now and it will take 1000 years to pass through to the south of the galactic equator. I would draw a diagram if you would like to visualize better. PM me if so.

To prepare for change into the 5th dimension, we have to be spiritual, to meditate, and to purify our body to be able to receive Cosmic energy which is light and sound. Cut off meat intake to reduce negative karmic effect like fear and anger. Search for a true master who can open you 3rd eye or wisdom eye to receive these Light and Sound.

Just that in the beginning of the spiritual path ( meditation), it is always better to find a teacher who is omnipresent, omnipotent and has reached the 5th level realm, to guide and protect us, cos one can easily be fooled and misled when one reached the astral level, where beings over there can be a bit mischievous . Eventually, we will become our own master, once we reach the 5th realm ourselves.

We are already in 4th dimensional reality - 3 dimensions of space and 1 dimension of time. Now, to separate the facts from the bullshit, you must watch out over what you decide to 'follow.'
