I grew up in Northenden, it doesn't look anything like the place in this video.
However, a great description of Northenden would be a place on the way to somewhere else or a place where nothing happens, or the land of take aways, or one of the least fashionable places in South Manchester. I love it.
"The kids are deranged" well one of our favourite seasonal passtimes as kids was throwing fireworks at each other. I always get amazed when people don't find this normal.
@UWETHEGOAT The place in the video is in California in a small city called Los Alamitos. I was driving through there one day and it felt like a boring town.
