Rampant bilharzia due to Nile Perch eating the snail-predators, mercurial poisoning of lake from illegal gold-miners, over-fishing, declining fish stocks, flourishing water hyacinth, growing population, grinding poverty, epidemic HIV levels...! The world seems to have a blind spot for this burgeoning catastrophe.
