is this T-mobile branded or OEM? where did you get yours from?

This was an unbranded one. But I was playing around with different Software versions and I had to upgrade it with a China Mobile branded Software. It is unlocked still and I had to make a few adjustments so for the most part it is unbranded again and I use it as well as every other phone I have with AT&T.
