this is one of those things where i say "sometimes the current design IS the best design.... trust me.. wanker as well as mazda spent tons of man hours and money testing EVERY possible design.. including ALL of the whacked out ones you see on youtube. congrats for being creative, but it was already thought of and turned down for the current and time tested design... including 4 or 8 or however many chambers like i see people trying to do. (though within 3 years im sure you've figured this out

You wouldn't have any compression, as soon as the tip of the rotor got to the corner of the square chamber all the compressed gas would blow by :(
