@tubeyoukyle OH, actually. This outing I was using a foam food pellet fly. The fish in this area will hit about anything that drops in the water.

@sundogforlove For big carp you take a 7-8wt, any reel with a decent drag, and a salmon egg, woolly bugger or any other 10 to 12 size fly.

when you get a fish on shuffle a bit forward if possible on your seat. it stops the kayak from swinging side ways
