Oh it's worse than that... I was just on that sim's SANDBOX, 5 minutes ago testing my aircraft and went over the edge of it 1 meter!... ONE METER! They have a NIGHT CLUB on the north side, and it kicked my ship out from under me and sent it to Lost and Found, so I IM'd the owners and said that it seems absurd to make a sandbox that had such strict edges, for a Night Club?!... and I just got tossed off the land, for THAT! Banned!! For saying it was 'absurd' to have a club so close. UPTIGHT!!

just a belated FYI doceigen... The only club in that sim is not, and has never been, close to the sandbox. Quite frankly it's also not up to you to decide what should go where in someone's sim. Judging by the caps in your message, they're not the only one uptight.

There WAS a club there but the sims have been restructured to become a big leisure club!

Star Trek education in SL is about junior high level route learning about TV factoids and trivia.

Star Trek experience is about saying Sir!.

Star Trek adventure is about dancing on animation balls making clever chat! remarks about other avatars... JUST, stupid screen savers doing nothing!

Oh, and buying fake spaceships, wearing fake uniforms and pretending to be fake klingons, etc... its dumb.

Yes, but this video is more obvious as 'dumb' than the poor effort towards simulating Star Trek in Second Life is. I think the failure of SL is merely indicative of the way humans live in fear... in real life they are afraid of physical damage, but even in SL where that cannot occur, they fear the appearance of physical damage, and it's nowhere as 'realistic' as XBox video games?! Humans, just fear. Star Trek, and the promises of that concept will never occur!, ...we are too scared a specie.

A tiny lil update - they posted that video at that trek sim. That was one of the funniest things I have seen. Although technically a 'grief' - it was a grief with fun and style. Bravo.
