It's coming for xbox 1st because they develop on the xbox & then port out to other formats.

This is because developing directly for PS3 is more complicated with the split processor. Most developers do this just now but his will change over time.

If you check out Uncharted from Naughty Dog you can see the quality that is available if you develop directly on PS3, it just takes longer to do it that way.

Has NOTHING to do with xbox being "better " than PS3.
