cut two circles out of two pieces of bread stack them together but first put a layer of what ever you want between the two pieces than melt some cheese until it is a creamy texture then smooth the cream over the the three layers and now you have a mini cake and you can also get a plastic bag melt some cheese and put the cheese inside the bag and cut a slip and then you can squirt out the cheese out of your own "icing pipe" and you can like make a rose, heart etc out of the cheese!

Need to get my hand on that book.  I see a lot of Japanese Bento books that are really good but I don't understand it. Someone need to make an English version.
