It's obviously influenced by Grindhouse flicks. You can tell by the way the camera seems to be dirty, the cuts from shot to shot. I studied this as part of my A level. It is CLEARLY influenced by Grindhouse films. And that's not am attack on QOTSA, as i think it's a great idea.
