If you think South America is bad for concerts, try the US, where I'm starting to lose count of the bands (European and American alike) that won't play here or only do one or two major cities and call it good. Especially in Kansas City, at best I have to drive 6 hours to Chicago to see anything good, and then pay out of my ass for tickets because they assume I'm rich. The Big Four tour is a great example, one date in California and a zillion everywhere else in the world, and prices were like 20

Yes, but there's no excuse if it's at the beginning of a festival. I was at Mayhem Fest 2010 in ATL and Winds Of Plague was on, and the singer started shouting for a wall of death. It was very easy top tell that almost no one besides me and my friend, whom were fifteen, knew what the wall of death was. So they split a foot apart, then started randomly moshing and doing the "hardcore two-step". Pathetic.
