If you’re going to correctly specify that the Goths came from ‘Scandiwegia’ (which in itself is a bit odd, since Norway is part of Scandinavia and there’s no proof of the Goths ever setting foot in Norway anyway), then at least also correctly specify that the homeland of the Vandals was also somewhere in Scandinavia, and subsequently around modern-day Poland—but certainly never Germany!

I find it strange that everyone has these pre-conceptions about Goths being miserable and constantly bored. I can kind of see why, obviously, but then all the Goths I know are actually very happy, bubbly people, they just like macabre themes in music and literature, and poetry and being interesting. Strange how so many social groups are nothing like society's pre-conceptions. Like how most skinheads are anti-racist.
