Der er selvfølgelig større impact i et samlet afsæt men det er kun skadeligt hvis du har svage knæ/fodled.

I have a trick for you to try. 0:49 but once your head starts to go under kick your legs away from the bar and release your arms and complete the forward rotation. Kind of like a bar loser but from your elbows.
