I like this version, but I must say I prefer Lori. I like Melissa's voice, its very pretty. I'm not really sure how to put this but it sounds like she is extremely congested and trying to sing through her nose because of it. She gets a weird tone and accent when she sings and I don't like that. This still very good.

yeah she can sing really well live, or from what I have seen in this vid. Others just run around too much and don't sing the notes very well, but she sang it like the recording. And I for one like it when they do that live. Very remarkable.

Um...there's no such thing as "classical singing". You mean classically trained. Either way, Tarja is completely classically trained. She just uses her voice in many different ways. Just because one is classically trained, that doesn't mean that they have to sing only one way.

Classical training gives people the techniques to sing freely the easiest way possible. There is no one way to sound with classical techniques.
