Knee-high water in the street is quite deep. But I saw no shark fins or floating bodies :) The biggest tragedy was perhaps the poor guy dropping his hat into the water. I guess you would really have to watch for live electrical lines after a wet storm like that.
@DebUSA yes, but it gets worst and worst each year. the Boats are used in a lot of areas, but this one was lil shallow since the road i took is the highest road i could get. If i will take the shorter route going to town, i will need to ride a boat.

I guess the water level would make row boats or canoes impractical? Does this flooding always happen during certain seasons?
