Nice video, I also play at-43 but not for very long, I know my way around the game though. So far i've got a 2500 pt karman army and still working on it. I liked to see more b attle reports for at-43.
Im not quite sure what they are called... But the Armoured suits, (The ones that are a little taller than the actual infantry) kind of remind me of the Tau Stealthsuit commanders from WH 40k
figure out what your incoherent ramblings mean? I won't explain it to you because apparently even when it's briought to your attention you're too stupid to see that you made no sense. Good luck with that public education. Oh, and here's a good comeback to add to your witty repertoire: I know you are but what am I?
I agree with you. But why would ya have to come on here and say it? These guys are just doin' what they like. Looks kinda fun. I'm always perplexed by why everyone that plays these games IS a nerd. Regular people don't like to play games? It doesn't have to be a lifestyle. When we were kids this shit would've been really cool.
Question: I am a 40k player, and I love the modelling and painting aspect of the game, just as much as the gameplay itself. Do you think AT-43 would be a good choice for me? There are several players in my area.
AT-43 is a real great game; the mechanics are smooth and the rules are based off of Rackham's Fantasy Minis game, Confrontation. It works differently from 40K, but is still very deep in its mechanics.
They ARE pre-painted, however, you can repaint them as you wish; Rackham's forum even showcases repainted models and armies.
The choice, int he end, however, may really be up to you.
i think im ganna get this just bc i like warhammer 40k but even though i want to paint my models i cant afforde to :( but with thisi could play with them and not worry how to paint them and i think there about the same game so i should be able to understand it a bit faster on how to play. ...
Yea thats why im going to get into this. Not lazy just dont have the free time to build and paint everything. Otherwise I would be playing 40k as the figures are so amazing looking.

I haven't played AT43 yet, it looks awesome, but if you say you love the painting/modelling you're going to be disapointed, all units are pre-painted

So they are prepainted. Awesome. Now, how expensive are they compared to 40k or Warmachine?
fauztran 2 years ago
Comparable/cheaper. Unit boxes average between $20-$30.

You seem sooooo much like a loser and someone who will never make something of his life, other than pushing buttons and watching a screen.
Just a tip, stay away from the screen, the radiation will slowly ruin you, haha!
LOL! I just noticed, you're 13, that explains a lot. Bahahaha!

Sweet, I just gor this game for christmas 2008, and it looks fun as hell, and nice music, Demon Hunter is the way to go.
ZombieHunter2619 3 years ago
That's great! You called it AT-SixtySomething and in the description, called it AT-42.
Anyhow, the game is alright, I demoed it with a few folks from Fantasy Flight; the combat system is actually my favorite resolution mechanic.
