most water in minnesota has clearity of 10ft or less, most fish are shallower than 10ft. no need to dive deep or hold breath long. allmost all fatalities in freediving come from professionaly trained people who are pushing themselfs. my recomendataion is dont push yourself. florida/california/and hawaii have serrious freediving schools that are well established. also have deep water water that is 100ft+ vis.
This spot should be on the top 10 spots that any freediver/snorkeler should must see in minnesota. it was kinda and accidental find while doing some road tripping. and surprisingly after probalby 75spots visited this year it is probably one of the best! highly recomend it for the viewing quality the video doesnt come close to doing it justice.
