Hey Septip 123 the song was written by Gregory Copeland and Jackson Browne. Its on the Chelsea Girls Album.
One of the best songs ever wrote.

Man Nico just has one of those voices. Today you would never hear anyone like her, now it's all perfect pitch and autotune, what a sad state of affairs.
