Liter bikes are governed at 180. You might get 185. 600 are governed between 160 and 165. If its a liter, you have to make some serious mods to get it over 200. He was pegged at 180 and his tach wasen't movin.

The 2001+ yr Busa was retricted to a top speed of 186mph and the speedometer displays 185 with180 the last actual number shown.1WYLDHEAD is right!! Also a stock Busa cannot hit 200mph even the 99-2000yr Busa only had a true top speed of about 194mph. Unless this rider had some modification on his restricted Busa, he did NOT achieve a true 200mph on his Busa. A TRE will unrestict the speed limit(they say)

When he hits 200mph, on camera it looks like hes traveling 125mph, if the car next to him is traveling 75mph. That's why we question, is he really traveling 200 mph.

Amazing piece of machinary. This guy hits 80MPH in about 3 seconds from a stand still. Then he shows the top end and how quickly he turns it on while still flying, to go even faster. This guy is a nut. I've only had my Busa up to 150 so far but that was on a long country road with nothing in site for miles. Getting up there in speed, the cycle is no longer touching the ground. It's an amazing feeling though.
