she may be priced low for a warmblood or whatever but thats alot of money to fork out. With our terrible economy the average house hold income cant throw 20 thousand dollars away for a horse!! lol

Yes it is a lot of money, I agree. But someday this horse will pay you back with her wins. And when she retires, she'd probably make a great broodmare as well. I noticed that you barrel race. A lot of times, western horses are priced A LOT lower than english ones, unless their bloodlines are very good. English horses are priced more on their level of training, show experience, movement and form over fences if they jump. If they have good bloodlines, that will increase their price as well.

Yes, Katie bought Dutchess I think in January of 2008. They cannot afford her anymore. Actually the rider in the video is my instructor, Cassie Goldsworthy! :)
