it sucks being a pedestrian, as i am one i have almost been hit many times an have been hit a couple, maybe u were driving slow enough but not everyone does, also i was charged once in my small town cause the cops were bored. walking, no cars lol but the cops came to charge me cause i walked with my punk friends on a red light. ya our town is that small.
Cell phone ticket for the first violation is $170 I should know I got 1 :-(
