you know your very positive person who is full of energy. i've always feel re-charge watching your video. somehow remind me to stay strong. but when times gets tough, sometime it just wear my smile out. but i do not give up.. n never will. thank you for the videos you've made all these time.
The question is not how to get managers’ emotional commitment but why manager’s don’t give it even if they like their company.
Most managers have plenty of emotional commitment to give to their jobs. If they can be convinced it’s safe and sensible to give it.
