  • I listen to music; meditate; watch a movie or TV program or something on YouTube or I do what MyInsideVoice does. That REALLY helps! You shouldn't stress so much about everything - just the things that really really count. Pick your battles, mate. In the end, use discretion and decide what's really worth stressing over and what's best blow off or not worry as much about. Too much stress is bad for your health inside and out - especially your heart and all. Take care, Darren <3

  • As obvious as this may sound, I go about one of my hobbies... be it photography, reading, writing, swimming, computer games, or just hitting the couch for some telly time. Recently I've been doing a lot of photography and writing... and it's done a world of good for me.

  • I jack off.

  • Watch youtube and/or read a book.
