you can control your feedback in many ways...make sure ur tone knob is up all the way...

sometimes you want to just softly pluck the 1st and 2nd strings a bit with your fretting hand at the 5th or 7th fret where the natural harmonics are and then just roll your tone knob off and on....many ways to do it
either way...ur distortion needs to be up quite a bit
if you look before 3:22 you can see that Sully moves very close to his amplifier...turn your amplifier all the way up so that your guitar sounds really LOUD..and move the guitar as close to your amp as you can...then play a couple of notes and you create feedback...its gonna heart your ears though ;D
I agree. Alot of bands cover up the basses with guitar and drums (usually to cover up bad playing) I love hearing metal with the bass out there. I am a guitarist and every time i record i pump up my bass players tracks so they can be heard.

you can control your feedback in many ways...make sure ur tone knob is up all the way...
