@Rickyrab I always held the notion anything in the financial district was touristy, or owned by the heads of the world's economy, and politics. Of course that was just a hunch, and I'm pretty sure it is much more expensive than the rest of Manhattan, and New York City in general.
$11,000 a month? Ok, you're rich. So tell me, why do rich people like boxy and uncomfortable furniture? With that kind of money, you could get something more comfy and which wouldn't hurt when you walk into it.
