  • Scheider's a riot. Brushing his mop,LOL,

  • I know you're busy and really shouldn't be botheredwith questions so I'm sorry if I sound like I'm being annoying. But last year you said that you had about 15 or 20 episodes recorded and I was just wondering if you still had those episodes and f you could please upload those episodes soon. Just because I've been looking all over for episodes and be unable to find alot. I've saved everyone I found in my lpaylist and just wanted to know if you had more.

  • hmmmm....so this was what mackenzie phillips looked like when she started doinking her father

  • luv Mackenzie's dance, it's so '70s

  • was those steps :13 in an episode?! Or did she do this for the intro?

  • Horrible show, it sucked wind so bad.

Valerie B. was the only one I could stand.

  • This was when Valerie looked really good and then Eddie VH got her....lucky bastard!

  • Does anyone have the episode where Julie sings with the soft rock band? I'd love to see that one again. I think it's season 4.

  • At 0:32, is Valerie polishing her boot with chocolate?

  • Fuck, i remember staying home from school and my mom was cleaning the house, and I was SO FUCKING HAPPY I didnt have to go to school, and then this came on..and I LOVED this theme song, now everytime I hear it it reminds me of staying home from school and the smell of pine sol and clean ass tile.

  • @AugustusOctavianus8 Your mother must have been a cleaning machine!

  • @ilovebobgunton

lol, yeah she really got down

  • This was the season when Valerie Bertinelli's hair started to get its famous layers. It got bigger and fuller each season till it had nowhere to go but short. That's when she got the bob.

  • Mackenzie looks terrible...

  • :30 Oh shit, Schneider, Jedi Master. ROTFLPIMP!

  • where is three?

  • Could you please upload all of the episodes of "One Day At A Time"?

  • @GreatAuntCayce I don't have a lot of episodes. I have maybe about 15 or 20 shows. I have only uploaded only one ep so far due to a problem with my camera which I use to upload. I promise when there is time, I will give you more. Thank you guys for all the love and feedback.

  • i heard Mckenzie has cleaned up her act

  • @TheMashwatcher585

    makenzie wrote a book

  • @TEMPmichaelhansen

What type of book did Makenzie write? I might be interested in reading it!

  • @Smartboy8877 "High On Arrival" read Mackenzie Phillips on wikipedia.

  • @MichaelHansenFUN

Thank you for the information! In a short while, I will be responding to your other post as well.

  • In that season Bonnie Franklin cut her hair in the style like Dorothy Hamil. She looked a lot better with her hair short. She wasn't as plain looking as she was in the first couple of seasons.

  • I love Julie's dance at 0:14.

  • Is Schneider dressed up as a Jedi at :30?!?

  • I feel sorry for Mackenzie. She is talented and smart but had so many problems. What a shame

  • I do too. I think she is incredibly brave to be as open as she has been about her troubled life.

  • the mckenzie bio was great,i cant beleive her dad had sex with her,and all the drug story, when she got caught her last time, was great, its good shes all cleaned up now

  • OMG her dad raped her? you are talking about Papa Phillips right? that is terrible! no wonder she was all messed up on drug's! where can i watch this bio on her?

  • its was on one of the late night shows,go to google maybe u can find something there

  • @nibornna Makenzie wrote a book and appeared on Oprah

  • at :10 bonnie gives mckenzie some money for crack

  • i love you for saying that! lol!

  • i like the little step dance mackenzie does in this one

  • She called that the Julie dance. That was the best out of the 2 dances she did in the opening.

  • Bonnie Franklin comes off as trying too hard--never cared for her acting and it still puzzles me why someof the dialogue between her and her boyfriend revolved around her so-called beauty...WEIRD.

  • Valerie from :36 to :39.

    Yipes.

  • And 30 years later, she's one of the best known MILFs out there. Not bad, a series like this and a marriage to Eddie Van Halen to boot.

  • y would u take a picture with your handyman???? lol

  • Ugh...what I wouldn't give to have Valerie Bertinelli's hair!

  • Most sitcoms are so moronic but this one was kind of cute.

  • damn mckenzie was a great dancer, she should be on dancing with the stars

  • This is one of the best sitcom themes of all time. Period.

  • The changes in Mackenzie Phillips appearance, due to her drug use really started to show up in her close-ups then, she was only 18 or 19 in real life.

  • In the 1979-1980 season, they stopped doing closeups because, she looked terrible. On February of 1980, she was fired from the show.

  • That's 2 years before Mackenzie got sacked for being a junkie.

  • she got arrested again recently for drugs so much for being clean

  • As it says in the description, the first four seconds of the opening are missing, but I see ipkobler has the full opening of this season on his/her page.

  • i never knew norman lear made one day at a time. damn! that guy is a GENIUS! all in the family, good times, maude, sanford and son, the jeffersons and one day at a time.... wow, that's just amazing!

  • At 0:35, why is Barbara looking skeptically at the piece of chocolate?

  • This is from the beginning of one of the episodes. IIRC, she was debating on whether or not she should eat it. Fattening stuff - but good!

  • She lost 50 pounds

  • Man did I ever have a thing for Valerie in those days! Same ages too.

  • I still do 30 years later - she's just like fine wine and Dick Clark - they both never seem to age!

  • this was a great fuckin show.much like seinfield but with drama.

  • So..?

What's wrong with Ms.Bertinelli looking the same

but more beautiful at age 47?

  • Valerie Bertinelli looks the same even at 47.....

  • Yes!

    Ms.Bertinelli is still a beautiful,talented and

    caring person.

  • This was the first season where Bonnie Franklin had shorter hair and also where Pat Harrington is now 3rd in the credits behind Valerie Bertenelli. In the first 3 seasons, he is seen last in the credits.

  • I believe that little dance move was a part of the "Charleston", a dance of the 1930's if I'm not mistaking.

  • 1920s and 1930s

  • Your right. Have a great and happy new year!!

  • me 2!

  • i like julie's dance at 0:14

  • I grew up watching "One Day at a Time." I love the girls on the show, but Bonnie Franklin is the sexiest woman. I had this huge crush on the actress.

  • Hey cool I had a crush on Bonnie Franklin as well. I loved that season when she cut her hair in the style of Dorothy Hamil. She looked more sexier and not so plain looking as she did in beginning of the show.

  • Bonnie, was tough actress to work with. She was jealous of Glenn Scarpelli because, he had more laughs than she did. Mackenzie was fired twice 1980 and 1983. Valerie - awesome!!!

  • MacKenzie was an ugly mess

  • She was after the drugs. Before the drugs she was very fap-worthy.

  • Yes, she was until the 1979 - 1980 season. Her weight, plummeted to 100 pounds, and got fired not once but, twice.

  • And Ms.Bertinelli says she looks terrible

    in that dress suit?

    That's nonsense..shame on you

    Ms.Bertinelli..you nice in that suit!

  • You got that right - Valerie was always a hottie (and still IS!)

  • When they went back to using full frame shots in the 80's, it would have been cool to see Julie doing another dance again.

  • i love that dance that julie does

  • And yet the show ran for almost ten years...how COOL is that!? Ann did what was right for herself and the kids in the long run. You want the perfect all american white suburbanite famiy? Watch Leave It Beaver".

If some people hate the premise of this show so much, why even post, bitching about it? Watch some "Ozzie and Harriett" The rest of us loved the last decades of the 20th century. So sad some people can't enough of themselves to leave it. ...oh well. :)

  • Valerie Bertinelli's still a looker after all these years, too.

  • I sooo agree, fellow Star Ocean fan! :)

  • I realize now why my parents hated this show so much when I was younger - we were raised to believe that you end marriages and disrupt your children's lives for damned good reasons - not because you're "bored".

  • Let's see...the mom uprooted the kids to Indy because she was "bored" with her marriage.

If this show isn't anti-male, I don't know what is.
