oh man, When you guys were talking about what the ending to this game could, I couldn't stop think about what it could be. Like, what if it was just a text screen saying "Congratulations, you are no longer lost!" or maybe it could be one last "previously on lost" clip show, just to make sure you didn't miss anything.

Mr. Friendly is what Tom (the gay guy) was called when he had the beard. I think it was the name Sawyer/the producers gave to him. When he was "the bearded Other" he was known as Mr. Friendly.
