"Berserker pilots the Red Bull in Climax. In reality, he's Bart Lemming, the former Captain Falcon who assumed another identity to infiltrate the Dark Millions association. He faked his death and passed the title of Captain Falcon to Rick Wheeler. "

The only problem is, is that Bart Lemming/Andy Summer already was Berserker in the anime. He appears in episode 42 and is revealed to be C. Falcon in 48. They probably continued the game off of episode 32 and they stated that Falcon gave Ryu his title there instead of in the explosion.

That is probably why the end of the episode says to be continued. (meaning the game) although I still say Andy Summer is still not dead.
