When I first saw this, I thought Finklestein was being too harsh with the girl. However, on second viewing, I understanding why he reacted the way he did.
This girl was being emotionally manipulative. I don't doubt that she has sincere feelings - but she was using them to "shame" Finkelstein, to get the audience to applaud her heroic stance and to get Finklestein to back down.

@controversyking Yeah conservatives and liberals are equally weak minded. I don't see how people can let a category of pre-made ideas fully adopt them. I don't fit into any of those categories, each has it's flaws.

@Viktir666 I don't think that you fully understand what the terms "conservative" and "liberal" encompass. Perhaps you should mean "democrats" and "republicans?" If so, I'd be inclined to agree with you. But "conservative" and "liberal" are very broad terms, much broader than you seem to realize.

@Alf90100 I know, I was making a sweeping generalization. I don't take sides in any man-made parties. I am about freedom and reality. That's why I'm not religious and I'm not liberal, conservative, republican, democrat, etc, etc.
