I do say Ya alot when I teach. Its out of habit. But I started saying ya because most students wont raise their hand and say, I DONT GET IT, so with every now and then I say YA? and they will nod yes or no in reply. But now saying ya when I'm teaching is out of habit.

Think of your right leg karate kicking out to the right side. So put all of your weight on your left foot. Bend your left knee and tuck your right leg into your body, then kick out, then come back into that tuck. So the leg rhythm is tuck kick tuck kick.

Every time you tuck your arms are in a boxing match position, and when you go to kick your arms star burst up and out. So the arm rhythm is boxing, burst, boxing, burst.

You just gotta get aggressive on that part. Think... BOOM BOOM!
