@megarails I'm pretty happy with kato unitrack. I like the fact that I can setup and dismantle the tracks very quickly. That was a big plus for me. The turn-outs operate much better than my MiniTrix non-polarized turn-outs.
Well, I like Unitrack too, particularly for the ready-to-run point with "embedded" motor. I'm playing with Peco, the look is a bit more realistic but, if I will not find a little and easy-to-mount motor for the points, I think I force myself to switchover and use Kato...
@bialberosincrono I had originally bought minitrix tracks for the layout because it was more realistic. However, I had a lot of problems with derailments due to the non-polarized turn-outs so I changed over to kato. I think more people would switch over to kato if the ballast was darker in color as they run older era trains. Whereas, I have all era V trains. I wish kato offered single track with concrete ties.
Hello. What do You think about Kato Unitrack? Are you satisfied?

Thanks. I went through Innsbruck many years ago, but it was late at night so I did not see the station or platforms.

Very nice, the station design kind of reminds me of the Innsbruck station on the Albergbahn line in Austria.
