Personally, I think that exclusive characters are pointless. I'm probably going to rent the game for Xbox 360 even though I own a PS3. I think that companies add exclusive characters so that version of the game will sell more. Sony is known for lower sales compared to the Xbox 360 version.
@DamnedGamers Yea I heard the developers of Street Fighter x Tekken that they contacted Microsoft. The reason behind it was to be able to put Master Chief and some COG characters but they denied. I thought that would have been cool if they did.
