@eagleclaww He shouldn't be playing anyway... what a nit ;) Hes a winning player though, he knows what he's doing, but he's way to boring to be playing on a pokershow.
very good show , say wharever u whant a say about mike matusow , he is an awsome player , with probably the best reading in the world.....what a freaking fold ....JRB , now that u re playing 1-2 limit at the circus circus , try to learn u stupid dunky
dumb fold imo, how do you not take a flop with two queens facing a 3 bet? But I guess he just knows 100% of the time there hes beat against a sick nit like ferguson.
yeah good fold but....why do these guys 3 bet with AA so much, in this session hellmuth did it too, haha he always wants to trap his opponents and finally he has a great chance and does the opposite, ferguson should once in a while trap here with his AA...oh well i shouldn't be giving advice to a rich poker pro, just a thought!
@leafs109 Well, hellmuth 3-bet the hand before he got the AA, so it would look kinda strange like hes playing the rush. Besides, it's good to deviate from your standard play once in a while, because people are not going to put him on AA very quickly because he is most likely to flat call and trap pre.
@leafs109 ferguson still had hellmuth behind. if he just flat called, hellmuth would have called too making a bet on the flop more uncomfortable. Also, he was on the small blind making it even more difficult to trap. In order to trap with aces, you should have a pretty good assesment about your opponent. In this case, the range of hands these guys play is so wide raising a lot of hands to steal the blinds since it is shorthanded.
@moctezuma2008 Yeah most of the time in a short handed game people play more loose and have a wider range, Ferguson seems to be the only one I've seen who sticks to being ultra tight whether he's playing 9 handed or 6 handed...not sure how he does it, the tightest player ever, but he's successful at it, so it's good for him, it works out for him because he still picks up monster hands 6 handed, when I try it, I go card dead and get blinded away lol
