Well they have to be gotten rid of. They are a problem. If it was glue traps people would be complaining as well. I have used them. I have also dumped rubbing alcohol on traps to try and get the mice off. They stay on the traps and starve to death or die of thirst. You could try the bucket trap but the rodents will come back. I would not want to starve to death, so I guess a quick death is better.

This is beautiful...The Other War...Its either the terriers or sniping...I like both...But the terriers are the shock troops.Within hours,the bodycount is unbelievable.And when the sun goes down,and the terriers return home,the rats reappear,as the rats believe they own the night...lol...NOT!!! Thanks to night vision sniping...One shot...One kill Note the rat is shot at :23 and the other rat takes cover. Warfare at its best,can't get no better,rats have learned to take cover...WOW!LOL!

dude learn where to shoot animals, always shoot animals in the abdomen. In the heart or the lungs, if you cant shot there you can try a head shot, but spine shot is better, shooting them in the head is just painful for them. and it dosent matter if its a rat or a deer. if you dont know where to shoot, dont shoot, learn and get clean kills.

@mitchspud1 no, he is right, a head shot requires hitting hard bone which has to be fractured enough to cause serious brain damage that will kill it. SO, if the proper ft/lbs of force isn't achieved it will on knock it down for a while. Where as if you hit the chest you are not only shooting at a larger target, it is easily to destroy the target you are shooting at (internal organs) this is why hunters and military marksmen alike are always told to shoot center of mass.
