  • Hey there! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my sister got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a ton of fat with it.

  • even though its not much of an exercise, it is sure one good stretch to do before exercising my arms :3 this is harder than it looks haha

  • I really tried to follow these steps... and finally realized how lazy I had become... I cant even stretch my arms and my back to follow properly... but I will use this pose as bench mark. It is simple but very challenging.

  • wow! it just looks like easy stretching but man do i feel the burn!! if ur asking if it works, just try it , i mean this isnt like hard or time consuming or anything. btw yes streching does burn calories

  • Yoga helps tone the body. This DOES WORK. BUT you need to do overall body exercises. Like running/walking/jogging/swimmi­ng/jumping jacks/ etc. Do this everday about 2-3 times along with some other yoga and overall body exercising and this will work.

  • for those who some on here with discouragement comments are wrong! go spew your failure comments some where else! this does work, with time patience and cardio along. you need to also incorporate some yoga, also stay away from the heavy weights. i have been doing it every night and have to say it helps! and that's that, hope my words helped

  • my arms are like a mans cause they have alot of muscle even though i dont do anything like exercise but its prob cause ive gained a little bit of fat so i wanna make them skinnier

  • this is so crap. it doesn't work. it's just for stretching your arm! How on earth will this make anyone's arm thinner. people, don't get your hopes up!

  • You will NOT make an arm slimmer like this!!!!!!!!! getting a body part slimmer is achieved ONLY WITH AN OVERALL DIET AND CARDIO. training an arm and expecting for it to be slimmer is like jerkin a dick and expecting for it to grow in size in some weeks. It just won't happen.

  • usually people don't keep their arms raised for long periods of time. this method makes our muscles less strained so the muscles don't become as 'buff', but this helps with getting rid of fat more. yea it works pretty well, just do it 3 times a day for a few months and results will show :)

  • Probably means lengthening because this could never slim your arms.
